If I recall correctly, Jahnavi and I went up to Copper and met Mario up there. The red lines in the upper left indicate where Jahnavi and I took a few runs together. Then I dropped through the woods to find Mario on Timberline Express. As is eerily and often the case, Mario and I met up almost instantly. We spent the remainder of the morning riding Timberline, Union Meadows, and Union Bowl. After lunch we spent someone time on American Flyer and Super Bee. Après-ski was enjoyed by all.

I miss snowboarding with Mario, Tim, Michael and John.

When I played with Photo Booth at the Apple Store I thought, “Cute,
90 seconds of fun.” But it turns out to be a more compelling
distraction than I thought it would be.

This was a fun little Sunday evening project. Five minutes to take the shots. twenty mintues of tedious pixel work.

After the Outwardbound trip I traveled up the cost a little. Staying on various beaches and enjoying the sun, surf and Coronas.

I was washing some dishes and heard Daly coming up the stairs. I looked down and saw her slip down one step and then slowly slip and slide down the rest of the stairs. The whole while she was looking up at me with eyes begged for an explanation.

Unfortunately, the only answer is she is getting older. At 12 years old her muscles aren’t as strong as they once were and the arthritis in her joints makes it harder for her to use the muscles that are left.

I wonder how much longer she will be happy and not in too much pain.
