The downward-flowing, animated site is done in HTML5 (no Flash required), and explains the consequences of allowing per-app net metering with both text and illustrations. It’s certainly written from the perspective of advocates for an open, undivided web, but not annoyingly so. If you want to get people talking and potentially bugging their legislators on the issue, send it along.
